Ahh I am so excited to share this FUN friend session with you today! As many of you know, I also teach barre for a company called FlyWheel Sports! A few months ago, we had a fun themed pulse with a giveaway, prosecco and all of the pop music that I could squeeze into a 45 minute chunk of time. The giveaway? A 30 minute session on the steps of our nation’s Capitol! Sweet Anna was in class that day, and she ended up winning the session!

I looked at my calendar this week and realized that, as of this Saturday, I have officially called Washington, DC home for TWO years now! WOW time flies! Last year, I shared a letter to myself. I shared the words that I would have told the girl getting off the plane, fresh out of college with a dream and not a whole lot of plans. I reread this post this week, and I cried like a baby.
