Megan and Noah’s wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket Club was my first of the year, and it sure was a celebration to remember! Set against the backdrop of a perfect spring day, this couple’s wedding day was filled with love, joy, and Irish charm.
The day started with a buzz of excitement as I joined Megan and her bridesmaids at her parents’ home.
The air was filled with laughter and feel good wedding music to set the vibe for the day. Megan, already well into hair and makeup, was surrounded by her closest people, reminiscing about the journey that led her to this day and all of the exciting things to come!
Their details were meticulously curated for me to begin photographing right away, combining classic elegance with sentimental family heirlooms. Megan wore her mother’s earrings, a stunning green bracelet, and the most incredible pair of green pumps that added a touch of uniqueness to her bridal ensemble. Megan and Noah’s black and white stationery set the tone for a beautifully classic day that effortlessly combined tradition with modern Irish charm.
As I got to work with the ladies, my second photographer, Samantha, captured the groom and his crew at a nearby hotel. The guys were in high spirits, reflecting on the fun that awaited them. Noah, a men’s fashion expert, assisted his friends in tying their ties, ensuring everyone looked their best for the day ahead before fastening his own custom initial cufflinks and buttoning into his ivory tux jacket.
Megan and Noah chose to marry at a historical church that held deep significance for Megan’s family.
As Megan made her way down the aisle, Noah’s smile widened, and tears of joy glistened in Megan’s eyes. The vows they exchanged were a heartfelt reflection of their Catholic faith and the promises they will uphold now and in the future. It was a moment of pure love and anticipation, witnessed by their loved ones who had gathered to support them.
After the ceremony, we headed to the picturesque Philadelphia Cricket Club for portraits and celebrations.
The weather was on our side, with mild temperatures and abundant sunshine, creating the perfect conditions for capturing their love and happiness. The wedding party, family, and couples portraits were captured just steps away from where cocktail hour would soon kick off in the sunshine, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the day without the worry of chilly temperatures.
As the guests began to arrive, the atmosphere was brimming with excitement. The couple’s signature cocktails, Prosecco for Megan and a Bee Sting for Noah, flowed freely, setting the tone for a night of celebration. The reception hall was adorned with an elegant mix of greenery, white florals, moss, and clover, paying homage to the couple’s Irish heritage. This beautiful space provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of laughter, joy, and heartfelt moments.
The evening commenced with a delicious soup course, a delightful twist on the traditional salad, perfectly suited for an early spring wedding.
The newlyweds shared an adorable first dance, capturing the hearts of everyone in the room. Heartwarming toasts and an emotional father-daughter dance added to the sentimental atmosphere. Then, it was time to let loose and hit the dance floor. From the moment the music started, the room was filled with energy, as guests donned Saint Patrick’s Day glasses and beads, reveling in the joy and love that filled the air.

It was a joy and a true honor to capture their love, happiness, and the deep connection they share. Their wedding day was a testament to their journey, their love for each other, and the support they have from their loved ones.
