As lifestyle family photographer in Baltimore, I often gets to witness some of the most touching and sweetest moments of a family’s life. This session with the adorable B. family was no exception! This lifestyle photo session took place in this sweet family’s home, capturing the essence of their everyday life and the sweet bond they share.
The family home, specifically Baby A’s nursery, was the perfect backdrop for our morning together.
Cristina and Zach created the sweetest nursery was filled with the most thoughtful touches and bathed in an abundance of natural light. This setting made it the picture-perfect location for their updated family portraits as a family of three!
Baby A, was quite the curious observer throughout our morning together.
At just about three months old, he was ready for his time in the spotlight! He stayed awake during most of the session, closely watching everything we did while making some of the cutest facial expressions along the way. His wide-eyed wonder, innocent curiosity, and very serious expressions made us all giggle throughout our entire time together and added so much sweetness to this crew’s final gallery.
You can easily see the boundless love that Baby A’s parents, Cristina and Zach, have for their son. Their joy and pride were so evident as they snuggled their newest family member in a room that they worked so hard to create just for him. It was such a pleasure to photograph the love that these three share for one another while hearing all about Baby A’s first three months of life.
Our session started as I photographed the details of Baby A’s nursery while everyone finished getting ready.
With an “Oh the Places You’ll Go” theme, there were so many sweet touches and details that make the space something so special! With little airplanes, plenty of books to read, stuffed animals and some meaningful heirlooms, Cristina and Zach built the warmest space for such a perfect little boy to grow up in. We then moved on to full family portraits, followed by individual shots of Baby A with each parent before finishing with photos of just Baby A on his own.
Baby A was determined not to fall asleep, way too interested in everything that was going on around him! This resulted in so many cute facial expressions and plenty of photos of his sweet baby eyes! He did give in and snoozed a bit towards the end of our time together, just before waking up, refreshed, and ready to flash his gummy smile for his individual portraits.
Our morning flew by in a whirl of laughter, love, and lots of adorable baby snuggles!
Being a lifestyle family photographer in Baltimore, I have had the pleasure of photographing so many sweet families, but the love and joy that this family exuded made this session all the more memorable!
