As a realtor, mom of three, dog lover, and wife, Stacey is BUSY! There are so many layers to her life and business, and I’m not going to lie… heading into her session, I had SO many ideas about how we may capture so much of what makes her, well, her. I knew our time together would be fast paced but so worth hustling through countless concepts, ideas, and themes for Stacey to then share on her social media and throughout her online presence.
As a Virginia Brand Photographer, I’m lucky to work with a diverse range of clients, and Stacey happens to be the first realtor that I have been lucky enough to work with!
Instead of focusing on traditional real estate headshots, Stacey was hoping to show a lighter and more relatable side of herself. After all, she is known for how she guides her clients through each step of the home-buying process in a way that isn’t scary while making the process approachable and easy to understand. She is intuitive about knowing what her clients want after just a few meetings, and relationships are truly the foundation of everything that she does. Communication and her friendship with her clients during the time of the transactions and after the sale are really important to her. She genuinely cares about her clients’ experience when they work together. As an independent agent, her clients get 100% of her which she believes makes their experience more meaningful.
In addition to that, family happiness, health, and wellbeing is a big motivator for her as well.
Stacey left the corporate world in 2018, seeking better balance for her family and work lives. She would do anything for her family, and her work ties into that. Being able to provide for her kiddos is a huge motivator for Stacey, and with that, she knows the value in finding that perfect family home that can be a sanctuary for creating memories and doing life each day. She finds motivation in the ability to help others do just that which is why she especially loves being a realtor.
Packaging all of that up into one four hour session felt pretty daunting, but I knew that if I could push anyone to conquer a hefty image list, it would be Stacey! We started her session bright and early with her husband and kiddos. They are a huge part of her business and life as a realtor, and as someone who works with many families, she shares about her time with her kids frequently. Her kids are as sweet as they are hilarious, and after their time in front of the camera, they headed off for a day of activities with Stacey’s husband. From there, we had the house to ourselves and Got. To. WORK. (With the help of Stacey’s two sweet pups, of course!)

In addition to being a realtor, Stacey is also a staging expert! She often helps her clients make the most of their listings through intentional styling.
Stacey calls her dogs her coworkers, as they are there by her side most of the time! They were SO sweet during our time together!
Stacey pops champagne after every closing! It was only appropriate that we include a bit of bubbly in her session.
