Wedding Day at the Bayfront Club | Madison and Liam

It feels almost too simple to say that Madison and Liam’s wedding day was all about love… but it truly was. Not just their love for each other, but the kind that moves outward. The kind of love that fills a room, connects a community, and reminds everyone present just how lucky they are to know these two. Their Wedding Day at the Bayfront Club was one of those incredible days that felt entirely them… warm, intentional, and so full of heart.

The morning began in Madison’s hotel suite, where the energy was that perfect mix of excitement and calm.

She had all her details carefully gathered— rings, invitation suite, perfume, heirloom pieces— all beautifully organized and ready to go. It’s such a small thing, but it told me everything about her and Liam: they are thoughtful, prepared, and deeply intentional through and through!

As Madison’s bridesmaids finished hair and makeup, laughter and pop music became our soundtrack, and champagne glasses clinked in celebration. I styled her details while the sounds of joy and anticipation filled the space. (Shoutout to my second photographer, Evelyn, for being there to capture every second!)

Soon, it was time for Madison to step into her gown and Liam into his suit!

Across the hotel, Evelyn joined Liam and his crew as they got ready. They cheers-ed with their custom koozies, helped each other with their ties, and soaked in the fact that today was the day! While I didn’t get to witness the fun myself, Evelyn came back grinning from ear to ear… gushing about how much fun the guys were!

With the help of her mom and sisters, Madison she transformed into the most radiant bride. Madison is one of those people whose kindness just radiates, and as she stepped into her dress, it felt like her joy and excitement lit up the entire room! The sweet happy tears and hugs that followed made this moment extra special! Before we made our way to the park for wedding party portraits, her bridesmaids gathered in the courtyard for a first look with Madison, and their reactions said it all… More happy tears, laughter, hugs and BIG cheers! We all knew it would be an incredible day and couldn’t wait to get to the fun.

Once the girls were safely loaded on their limo, we made our way to North Point State Park, greeted by a soft October breeze, soft fall light, and trees glowing with fall color.

We kicked off our wedding party portraits with the ladies… Madison’s bridesmaids looked stunning in emerald silk with fluffy white and burgundy florals. They hyped her up every step of the way which made the afternoon SO much fun. It’s always a blast when wedding parties are as helpful as they are fun… and that was so true for Madison and Liam’s crew!

Because Madison and Liam chose to see each other for the first time at the altar, the rest of the afternoon took on a beautiful, exciting anticipation. Every small moment felt charged with meaning as we worked to ensure the happy couple avoided seeing each other before the altar… but while they didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but they did want to share a moment. So, with the help of their wedding party, we guided them to a quiet spot overlooking the water. They stood back-to-back, hands intertwined, sharing moments from their morning and excitement for what was to come without seeing the other. Liam even surprised Madison with a journal filled with pages of love notes with a bit of free space for the years ahead. It was such a still, grounding pause before the celebration to come and really illustrated just how how perfectly these two fit together.

These two are so incredibly thoughtful and are truly each other’s rock— this was SO evident during their first touch!

As they soaked in a moment together overlooking the water, you could see the nerves melt right into excitement. Soon, Madison and the bridesmaids loaded up to head over to the venue while I got to hang out with the gents.

It really is so much fun to meet the people closest to my couples! Like Madison’s side, Liam’s side was eager to help, ready to hype Liam up, and made their photos an absolute blast. Our time at North Point State Park flew by in a blink (Wedding time moves at lightning speed… I swear!), and before we knew it, it was time to load up and head on over to the venue to get these cuties hitched!

Back at the Bayfront Club, Madison and Liam’s sweet pup was there to greet us (and immediately stole everyone’s hearts in his custom ring bearer tux that matched the groomsmen!) before guests began to arrive. We rocked through a few more group photos to make our post ceremony time move a bit faster… and at long last, it was TIME!

As the music started and the ceremony began, Liam took his place at the altar.

Sweet flower girls scattered petals to set the mood and Madison and Liam’s pup brought their rings down. Soon, it was time for the moment we had all been looking forward to all day!

When Madison appeared at the top of the lawn, escorted by both her parents, Liam’s reaction said it all… tears, joy, excitement, and love all rolled into one. It was like these two were the only people in the world in that moment, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

Madison and Liam’s ceremony was heartfelt and deeply personal. They shared handwritten vows, promises for a lifetime, and, my favorite detail, they literally tied the knot using rope from the climbing gym where they first met. I just love that this moment brought their story full circle in the most meaningful way. When they sealed their vows with a kiss, their family and friends erupted in cheers. Like I said, it is abundantly clear that these two love with their whole hearts and are loved big in return. It was SO special to see just how excited their people were to see them OFFICIALLY become husband and wife.

Their ceremony flowed right into cocktail hour where I got to spend some time hanging with the wedding party and newlyweds.

We had just enough time before the sun dipped below the horizon to take some super beautiful sunset portraits. The sky glowed and Madison and Liam couldn’t stop smiling as they snuggled and dipped and were the absolute CUTEST all throughout their photos. These are often the moments that stay with me long after a wedding day— the quiet exhale after the ceremony, fleeting glances, and the realization that this is it, we really did it!

As night fell, the reception began with an energy that felt nothing short of electric!

Madison and Liam surprised everyone by grabbing a mic and singing their own first dance song—“I See the Light” from Tangled. Their harmonies were beautiful, their smiles contagious, and I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room.

From there, the night unfolded in a blur of joy: heartfelt toasts, sweet parent dances, and a dance floor that never slowed down. Their people showed up for them— celebrating, laughing, and loving big, just like Madison and Liam do every day.

I could go on and on about how incredible this day was, but I think the photos say it best.

While Madison and Liam soak up the sunshine in Hawaii, I’m reliving every moment of their wedding day at the Bayfront Club.

This was the sweetest celebration full of love, intention, and joy that I’ll never forget. Madison and Liam, thank you for inviting me to tell a small chapter in your lifelong love story. What a gift it was to meet and celebrate with the people closest to you!
