Waterfront Engagement Session in Fells Point | Christine and Brandon

Hope you have Good Morning Baltimore queued up because…. this one takes THE cake for the most beautiful morning in Charm City! There is something so special about a waterfront engagement session in Fells Point— especially on a quiet October morning when the harbor is calm and the city hasn’t quite woken up yet.

Christine and Brandon met me bright and early, and for a little while, it felt like we had the waterfront entirely to ourselves. The soft light, the gentle breeze, and the peacefulness of the harbor made the perfect setting for a session that felt cozy, relaxed, and completely true to them.

These two first met at work when Christine was a new nurse and Brandon was her preceptor. After just a few shifts together, it didn’t take long to realize their connection was something more.

Christine loves Brandon’s optimistic spirit. “He always finds the silver lining and the joy in situations I struggle to,” she shared.

And Brandon admires Christine’s thoughtfulness and humor. “She inspires me to be more thoughtful, and I love that we can laugh at goofy moments together.”

Watching them together, it’s easy to see how naturally they balance each other.

Brandon proposed during a hiking trip in the Catskills after a six-mile trek to a beautiful overlook.

They had the mountaintop all to themselves— completely private and perfectly Christine— before a large group of hikers appeared just minutes later. (PHEW— even their timing is meant to be!) He even secretly recorded the whole thing.

For their waterfront engagement session in Fells Point, we wandered along the harbor, soaking in the crisp fall air and those iconic waterfront views.

They spent the morning laughing, wrapped up in each other, and fully present.

We ended their session the best way possible— with coffee at Pitango Gelato & Cafe. While this was initially a caffeination break, it became the most natural extension of our morning together. These ended up being some of my favorite photos of them— cozy, joyful, and so perfectly them. I can’t wait for you to see a glimpse inside our morning in Fells!
