Oh wow writing this post is giving me ALL the feels! You see…I met Liz way back when she was going through Penn State Fitness’ Instructor Training Program. I evaluated one of her classes during one of her training semesters, and we then taught together for a few semesters! Fast forward to her senior year, and she’s an absolute rockstar instructor! So much so that my brother now calls her one of his favorite fitness instructors! Now, if you know my brother, you know he is in tip-top shape, so this title is very hard to earn! She has taken such great care of him this semester, and for that I am SO incredibly thankful! {Liz–YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!}
She’s beautiful both inside and out, and I am so lucky to call this sweet girl a friend! She is set to graduate this weekend with a degree in Supply Chain Management, and after a few rounds of interviews, will take the real world by storm. I’m so excited to see all of the amazing places life takes her!
