Most CKP brand clients reserve their sessions 8-12 weeks in advance.
I’ll answer any questions you have and get to know you and your vision over a brief phone call. If we are a good fit, I’ll send a contract and invoice your way so we can get your date circled on the calendar!
Just like you wouldn’t make a business move without a strategy, I never go into brand sessions without a comprehensive understanding of your brand. I’ll gather information from you through a questionnaire, Pinterest mood board, and in-depth branding call. This detective work is where I’ll uncover the essence of your brand and formulate a plan for how I can showcase it in your gallery.
As session day approaches, I’ll triple-check the details with you to ensure we’re on the same page for everything from the precise start time to the contents of your prop bag. I’ll send you a schedule and image concept list to sign off on, and then I’ll print it and stick it on my trusty clipboard to ensure we don’t miss a thing.
You won’t have to worry about anything on session day because I’ve thought about every detail. I’ll guide you with prompts and poses and ensure we check every image off your list before the day is done. You won’t believe how many photos we are able to create together. Then, while you relax with a green tea in hand or get back to the work you love, I’ll be diving into the editing!

Brand mini sessions are short but mighty sessions, designed to give those who may be brand new to sharing who they are within their brand the resources to do so. Brand minis are open to creative small business owners with 1-2 employees within 30 miles of Baltimore City. Brand minis include the following:

Yes! I travel up and down the East Coast to photograph businesses, and I’d love to add your hometown to my travel schedule!
A: Many of my clients work from home offices and corner coffee shops, so you’re in good company. I recommend you rent a space for the session or clear a well-lit, spacious room in your home (don’t worry—I’ll walk you through this). We can talk location in more detail on the discovery call.
It’s up to you—but stylists can be very helpful when it comes to planning the hair, makeup, wardrobe, and props for the session. If you don’t have a stylist, I can fill some of that role by working on color palettes with you, or I’d be happy to recommend one of my favorites. But if you have a stylist chosen already, I’d love to chat with them so we can coordinate!
Specificity is welcome here! I will ensure you get those images, whether you need a certain image size for your blog header, a precise amount of white space in that about me page photo, or a colorful hero image for your shiny new website. We’ll talk through all these details in the brand discovery call.
No worries at all—you don’t have to be a professional model to look beyond professional in the final gallery. I’ll walk you through poses and prompts on the day of the session, so you don’t need to worry about watching America’s Next Top Model reruns to learn your angles.
