Oh I need to give a HUGE shoutout to these two for being SO flexible! I think we had to reschedule their session three times because of the RAIN! (The rain has been nonstop in the DMV, y’all!). When we were finally able to get together for their session, we had so much fun! We FINALLY saw some sun and spent the morning exploring the gorgeous Downs Park.
Jamie & Ian met when they both attended UMBC and were on the club soccer team. Jamie had just joined the women’s team and was attending a fundraiser for the club… which just so happened to be a date auction! Ian was the very first person to introduce himself to Jamie… but Jamie’s friends took her fake auction cash and bid on another guy for her. Luckily, Jamie and Ian became fast friends after the date auction. He got up the courage to tell Jamie about his true feelings one day, and the rest was history as soon as Jamie realized that she couldn’t stay away from him!
These two are two of the sweetest souls, and you can so tell that they complement each other well. They can communicate with one glance and melt into the other’s arms in just a second. What a treat it was to work with them this past weekend…. now if only their 2019 wedding wasn’t so far away! I can’t wait!
