Jenna and Michael | A Navy, Pale Pink, and White Joy-Inspired Wedding Day at French Creek Golf Club in Elverson, PA

I knew Jenna and Michel’s wedding day was going to be incredible from the moment Jenna’s first message landed in my inbox, but nothing could have prepared me for just how AMAZING it truly was. These two are compassionate, organized beyond measure, so in love, and just fun to be around. This was evident in every part of their day, from the way we ran AHEAD on time (a rarity on a wedding day), to the laughs shared with their wedding party during portraits and on the dance floor, their heartfelt vows, and their bumpin’ party to close the night… (which felt very close to being back at their favorite Penn State bar, the Phyrst!).

I know these two, a number of their guests, and their reception band from my time at Penn State— it was so much fun to see so many familiar faces in one place. It was even sweeter to know just how many of Jenna and Michael’s closest friends and family were able to celebrate with them, something they were so hopeful would happen after the last year and a half. With almost all of their guests fully vaccinated, this was able to be a safe reality!

When I got to Jenna’s bridal suite in the morning, I was greeted with smiles, a playlist filled with nothing but hits, and the sweetest group of friends! Jenna and her ladies were SO ready to celebrate, and so were the guys— already outside tailgating + cooking out! We ran ahead of time for most of the morning which allowed us to relax and have fun— incorporating extra padding in your timeline is WORTH IT. As we were running ahead of time for most of the morning, Jenna, Michael, and their wedding party could actually enjoy the day without feeling like they were in a rush, making the day all the more fun.

These two have done it all so gracefully… from late nights together at the Phyrst in college, to long-distance and deployments, to moving to a new city during a pandemic, just to name a few. They’ve overcome so much as a couple, only growing closer through it all. I was so hopeful that they would have the perfect wedding day to relax and celebrate, and I think it’s safe to say that wish came true! We couldn’t have ordered better weather, a more gorgeous venue, or a better group of people to celebrate with. The day was nothing but perfect, memorable, joyful, and spent with all of the people closest to them. I cannot wait for you to get a glimpse into their magical wedding day at French Creek Golf Club!

Jenna… you are such a stunning bride! The sweetest first look with Jenna’s favorite ladies! And the sweetest first look with Jenna’s dad! Time to get these two married!  OFFICIAL!  When you realize you just married the love of your life 💕 One of my faves! These whiteout shakers were a surprise from Jenna’s family— the best way to get the Penn Staters in the crowd excited to celebrate! We snuck outside for some dreamy sunset portraits! MARRIED! Their dance floor was THE BEST! Thank you, Jenna and Michael, for having me along to photograph your day! It was the biggest honor!
